Koha Not Calculating in Fine Amount Problem Solving

1.Open a Terminal and apply following command. (Ctrl + Alt = C)

crontab -e 

2. It will ask to select editor to open crontab. Press Enter button to proceed.
3. Add the following line in crontab editor

15 10 * * * /etc/cron.daily/koha-common

*/20 * * * * /etc/cron.daily/koha-common

Press Ctrl + O to save the changes. Then Ctrl + X exit.

    hello , does these procedures solve this issue in koha 22.11, i tried but it is not working , and i have already set all global preferences ok, please help me

    Hello,
    I am from the Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam and I am part of the team that customized Koha. However, we are experiencing a problem. When an item is overdue, Koha does not automatically calculate the fine, however, it says the item is overdue. Circulation and fine rules have already been set up and finesMode set to production. Fines.pl was also run. I installed version of koha 23.11, But I am facing this issue.
